As you are aware, the Covid-19 Virus has continued to affect everyone around the world and we must all do our bit to contain this terrible virus.
In accordance with the latest government guidance issued last night it has become apparent that we as estate agents must make the right decision to adjust our way of working over the next few weeks to put our clients, staff and families safety first.
With immediate effect we will be able to answer your telephone calls and emails remotely with any questions or enquiries you may have. All offices will be officially closed for visitors.
For the time being we will not be able to carry out face to face viewings or valuations. Will be more than happy to give desktop valuations which can be followed up with a full visit once the country is out of the lockdown scenario.
For those clients with running sales, properties for sale and ongoing tenancies we will be in contact to update you on the situation.
Please be assured we have not taken this decision lightly and appreciate your ongoing support during these unprecedented times.
